Merry Christmas from BE.AR. Bean Around Peterborough
Thank you to all you wonderful individuals that make us who we are everyday, the BEAN AROUND cafe and family wish everyone a wonderful festive season and new year.
We came across the cafe when we visited Peterborough and loved the coffee so I bought some beans to take home as a treat. Once they ran out I really struggled to enjoy my normal coffee beans. This lead me to get the beans on subscription from BE. AR Coffee. I really liked that I could choose how many weeks I could get the delivery and the taste of the coffee is fantastic. I've recommended this service to my family as I've been so pleased with it.
This is a really good blend of coffee, that I prefer over some much more higher priced specialty coffees. The flavour is well rounded, and chocolatey which I really enjoy.
I would have loved to know more about the origins of the beans used, but alas, still makes a cracking espresso.
Most importantly the coffee is beautiful. There is not doubt it is something above and beyond what we were buying from the super markets. My only criticism, one that is leaving me shopping around for other suppliers , is the lack of roast date. I'm paying premium for fresh roast but still don't know when they were roasted and that matters. Maybe this is something that could be addressed ? Apologies if I've missed something .
